Off to the shop

Sent the Evo to Lehman Mitsubishi

and the Ducati went to Dade County Motorsports today. They both should be back up and running next week.

Repairs

The bike will be in the shop tomorrow, and the Evo will hopefully go in next week. Wanna give a big shoutout to Nationwide Insurance, Enterprise Car Rental, and Chrysler Cars. Nationwide has been nothing but helpful since the break in, Enterprise gave amazing and quick service getting us in a car, and Chrysler has done a wonderful job with the 2011 Chrysler 300 we rented. Highly suggest all three.

Filming

Hard to get any footage with a stolen camera. Hopefully have something in the next week or two.

Robbery

The Evo was broken into today. A lot of stuff was stolen and damaged. Not going to sleep too easy tonight.

Went to the scene at Okeechobee last night and saw some beautiful rides. Video is up on youtube called 'The Races". First of the shirts are getting finalized and filming for season one is under way.

The first 212 founders board meeting is tonight. Further details and designs for 212 will be released shortly.

Snow days

Been trying to get some season 1 filming done, but the constant snowfall has made that a little difficult. Maybe we'll try some sledding, snowboarding and skiing.

Leavin' on a jet plane

Going to hit up the St. Kitts Marriott Casino for a little while, then getting on the plane back to NC. Season 1 filming will start tomorrow. Should have PLENTY of snow to play around in.

Project Evo

 It started with a 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution 8 and some big plans. This is the same Evo featured in the Local Legends previews. Above is the picture from the day it was purchased from Shamburg Auto Sales in Kernersville, NC (wholesalecarsdirect.com)

The most obvious thing it needed was the paint detailed. It was so faded, but we got that buffed right out.

After the paint was redone, the windows were tinted. 30% front and 20% rear.

Unfortunately, the oil pump went out. Took it to the guys at Fynetune Performance in Miami, FL (fynetuneperformance.com)

They hooked us up with a good deal on a new motor with about 30K miles...

...and also installed this gorgeous HKS Carbon Titanium exhaust and Perrin Performance down pipe. More updates to come

Temporary office...

Setting all this up may be kicking my ass right now, but at least I'm doing it from the best office in the world.
